Cozif

Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policy. Last updated: 22 October 2026.

Terms and Conditions

1. About Cozif. Cozif is a small, privately run music app. By creating an account or signing in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Your account. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account.

3. Acceptable use. Do not spam, harass or threaten others, post illegal or harmful content, share other people's private information, or try to break or overload the service. Chat has a spam limit, and the owner can remove messages or accounts that break these rules.

4. Your content. Messages, profile pictures and group pictures you share remain yours. You allow Cozif to store and show them to the people you share them with. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

5. Music. Music in the app comes from the owner's own library and is for personal use of the people invited to the app. You must not copy, redistribute or sell it.

6. Availability. Cozif is provided as is, with no guarantee that it will always be online, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Features may change or be removed at any time.

7. Ending access. You can stop using the app at any time. The owner may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.

8. Changes. These terms may be updated. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app means you accept the update.

Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your username and a hashed sign-in token, your friends list, notifications, chat messages, pictures you upload (profile and group pictures), playlists and import history, and songs counted toward the weekly best list.

Why. Only to run the app: sign you in, show your friends and chats, and keep your library and playlists.

Where it is stored. On the owner's own server. Cozif does not use advertising or analytics trackers and does not sell your data.

Who can see it. Community chat is visible to everyone with an account. Group chats are visible only to that group's members. Your profile picture and username are visible to other users. The server owner can technically access stored data.

Staying signed in. If you choose "Stay logged in", a sign-in token is kept on your device. Signing out removes it.

Deleting data. You can delete your own chat messages in the app. To delete your account and the data tied to it, contact the owner below.

Children. Cozif is not meant for children under 13.

Changes. This policy may be updated, and the date above will change when it is.
